Construction

Crafted by skilled Amish woodworkers in Mt. Hope, Ohio, and artisans in Centralia, Washington, our Colonial-style wood garage doors embrace a timeless beauty. These doors are meticulously handcrafted using age-old techniques and traditions, showcasing a deep-rooted pride in enduring craftsmanship.

Each Colonial-style wood garage door is a testament to precision and care. Crafted with solid wood rails and stiles made from kiln-dried west coast hemlock, Sitka spruce, or similarly robust wood, these doors are designed to stand the test of time. Mortise-and-tenon joints, glued and steel-pinned, provide enduring strength capable of withstanding years of use and the elements. The shiplap-style connections between sections ensure a weather-tight fit, while rust-resistant, hot-dipped galvanized steel tracks and hardware ensure smooth and reliable operation for years ahead.
