I had two new garage door openers installed. Andrew did an awesome job, is very detailed, and answered all my questions. A great bonus for the company.

So glad I went with Manuel’s suggestion with bumping up to this opener vs the one I was looking at.

Andrew was great. Communicated leading up to the appointment on timing. Showed up exactly when he said he would and went right to work diagnosing my garage door. Alan installed a new LiftMaster garage door opener. He was careful and took his time to make sure everything was correct and working. It was a custom job and it took longer but it was configured to fit our garage. He even tightened the bolts and the springs so the door wouldn’t slam shut when pulled. I have an older model garage door opener that has never been service.  Two of the rales were craced that open the door. Andrew idenrified the crack & found another. He oiled all the cranky rails and wheels. He kept working. He showed me that everything was working and cleaned up work area Veru timely. Ranier was refered to me by a friend.

Marcus has always given us the best advice and service. He serviced our original door and later installed a super-quiet one with an emergency battery, and one that I can control remotely with my phone. This is the second time we have used Rainier Garage Door. The first time was great. The second time not so much. The only reason I'd even consider them again or give them 2 stars was because their installer, Andrew, was fabulous. I had numerous emails with the sales lady regarding color and window placement. To get the ball rolling I had to sign and approve an estimate, but I had not yet received color chips to test against the house, so on the form I signed I had selected beige. When I finally settled on white, I was told the sales manager would be informed and I would get a white door, but apparently that never went through and when the door was delivered it was beige, not what I wanted. Anyway, it was a huge mess after that. I had multiple emails confirming white but no new signed estimate, which I was unaware I even needed. This was for a rental and I had a tenant that need a reliable door pronto. They ended up having a white door in stock, but not with the glass I wanted (which I was told would take 6-8 weeks) so in the interest of time, I agreed to the clear glass and white door they had in stock. The installer, Andrew, totally went to bat for me. He gave me great advice and was so knowledgeable and supportive he was the only thing keeping me from suing this place in small claims court. He even did an AI image showing me options for glass placement before the final install. So if you do use Rainier Garage Door, I'd be VERY careful to ensure that whatever you agree on is not just in emails and verbal assurances but that you have a signed estimate reflecting your wishes correctly. Excellent interaction with Alan. He analyzed and efficently fixed the door problem.  Very good communications with Alan and with Rainier.  My door was installed 19 years ago by Rainier and still works great.  Problem was with an electric surge and not their door.  Anyway, Alan fixed the problem.
