Excellent interaction with Alan. He analyzed and efficently fixed the door problem.  Very good communications with Alan and with Rainier.  My door was installed 19 years ago by Rainier and still works great.  Problem was with an electric surge and not their door.  Anyway, Alan fixed the problem.

I had tried for a few months to figure out why my garage door was squeaking. Lubing everything improved it but I couldn’t eliminate it. Finally acquiesced and called Rainier Garage Door. When Alan showed up he immediately identified some problems and efficient in making the adjustments, showing me the best way to maintain the door with lubricants and checked all the parts to verify they were properly working and tensioned. We’ve been using Rainier for a long time. Why? No BS upsell, great service techs (Justin is awesome and is great with being on time / providing updates), fair prices. When springs break under warranty, they will tell me and not charge for the parts. We used Rainier a year ago when we replaced 3 garage doors and 2 motors. Just had them serviced/tuned up and they are still looking/operating great!
Miguel was helpful on the ordering side of things and Marcus did a great job with install. Marcus is communicative and texted when he would be arriving. I don’t ever feel like I’m being upsold with Rainier so that is really appreciated also. Highly recommend.

Rainier Garage Door did a fantastic job with my garage door replacement project. It was very useful seeing various garage door choices in their showroom and Miguel’s expertise was helpful in making the right choice. The estimate and ordering process was easy and efficient. Service was excellent!!  Marcus, the technician, quickly evaluated the most effective solution, clearly communicated the steps required and then performed everything exactly as described. Marcus was sent out to inspect our garage door.  He was right on time (despite a scheduler’s error.  He performed an inspection with some adjusting and lubricating. Unlike another well known garage door company we had used, he never suggested the door or other major parts needed to be replaced.  He never tried to upsell, and yet suggested a few sensible low cost options that would help make it last for many years saying there were no imminent issues and left it up to me to chose what I wanted to do.  He answered all my questions to my satisfaction was very pleasant and I felt good about all job. Unlike many contractors leave you feeling these days.  Highly recommend them.

Very frustrating experience. My appointment was rescheduled three times, with last-minute notifications each time that the technician could not attend. The company offered no apology and showed little regard for the inconvenience caused. After the third reschedule, I lost confidence in their reliability and chose to cancel the appointment altogether.
