Called Rainer. They came out the same day. Marcus diagnosed and solved my garage door problem in just a few minutes. We then discussed other things that could be done to prolong the life of my garage doors as well as adjustments to make the doors open and close better. He explained everything he recommended in detail and got my approval before any extra work. Both garage doors now open and close much better than they have the entire time I have owned the house. Marcus was personable, worked fast and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend the company and especially Marcus.
