The Infinity Classic 7800 garage door features a sturdy frame made from 2″ thick commercial grade extruded aluminum, with an optional polystyrene insulated core for added insulation. Its Tongue and Groove Joints, along with a compressible foam gasket, ensure a tight and weather-resistant seal between sections. The door boasts a sleek design with top and bottom rail widths of 5-7/8″ and a combined meeting rail width of 4-3/16″.
Enhancing its elegance, the Infinity Classic 7800 showcases 1-1/2″ mullions and .050” thick aluminum panels with a 1/2” thick polystyrene core. V-Groove aluminum panels are also available as an option. For added visibility and natural light, the door comes standard with 1/8” clear tempered glass (insulated glass is optional).
The Infinity Classic 7800 offers design versatility with standard arches featuring a radius of 15′-0″ for doors up to 10′ wide, while wider doors have a single 58′-0″ radius or double 15′-0″ radius arches.
For weather protection, the door comes with a U-shape loop type vinyl bottom weather seal. The finishes include a durable White polycron III finish, with the option of 9 wood grain powder coat finishes that look remarkably authentic.
