Construction
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, our aluminum glass door isn’t just visually stunning; it’s also designed to ensure years of secure and low-maintenance living. The Model 8800 boasts a range of high-end features that set it apart:
Beautiful: The aluminum rails and stiles are meticulously designed with straight lines and non-beveled edges, giving the aluminum glass door a true contemporary style that enhances your home’s aesthetics.
Durable: Constructed with either anodized or powder-coated aluminum, our aluminum glass door features reinforced fins, heavy-duty track, and robust brackets, ensuring seamless and trouble-free operation for years. Opting for the 25,000-cycle spring upgrade provides nearly twice the lifespan of a standard torsion spring.
Weather Resistant: The tongue-and-groove joints offer excellent weather resistance, and a flexible vinyl bottom seal effectively keeps dirt and the elements out of your garage space.
Thermally Efficient: With the option to include polyurethane insulation, our aluminum glass door offers impressive thermal efficiency. For low-e insulated glass, the U-factor is enhanced to .27, and for insulated glass, it reaches .29 (with an R-value of up to 4.36).
Guaranteed: The Model 8800 comes with a Five-Year Limited Warranty for the aluminum components and a One-Year Limited Warranty for the glass. This ensures your peace of mind in your investment.
